Can my 'almost gone' wart be infected?

A couple days again I got my wart lasered off, and this big bubble appeared over it yesterday, so my friend told me to pop it.. a couple hours later, there was dead gross skin there, and of course i listened to my friend who said i should get toe nail clippers and clip it off. Its not bleeding but, you can see in my foot, and its all red and gross!? it hurts to, what will happen?
