My friend has a tiny bald spot in the back (slightly right) of his head. Causes?? Cures?

Best advice is to see a dermatologist. They can even culture the area if they don't know off hand what it is but they are the skin specialists. He may have some growth underneath the area starting so it's best he find some medical treatment now to pinpoint what the cause is since it's growing.
