DS: I work as a groomer and was offered another job?

If you might want to stay where you are just tell your current bosses about the offer and tell them you love working for them and would rather stay but the exta money/benefits would be nice. You could just be quiet after saying this and see what they say (or if you think they would not be offended ask if there is any way they could do something - like letting you keep the tips or adding some kind of benefits). I have worked on commission before and would not do it again. You never know what your paycheck will be from week to week and sometimes it sounds lot better on paper than it will be in real life). Plus loving your job and bosses is worth a lot.
