My kitten gave me fleas!!!?

A couple weeks ago my uncle saved a kitten and she is very sweet today my mom and I gave her a flea bath well I'm laying here and my back itched and there was a flea on it! What do I do?!?! How do I get rid of them!!! It's 12:55 now so I don't think I'm allowed to take a shower :( should I wake my mom!? Please help this is scary/gross and idk what to do
