Please give me some advise, I'm desperate?

I am having the absolute worst cramps ever right now. I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing will make this crap go away. taking medication has only made me throw up, hot compress just made my shirt wet, a hot bath just wasted all the hot water in the house, and I could go on and on. I don't want to deal with this anymore.
