Should Capitalism be allowed to be "unbridled"?

Some regulation is necessary to keep big biz from screwing the workers and the environment in the interest of maximizing profits. GWBush allowed oil to self regulated their safety procedures and then BP blew up an oil rig in the gulf killing 11 employees and leaking many billions of oil into the gulf before they could figure out how to cap it.
