DO all the summer bootcamps have induction buzzcuts?

I'm not sure what you mean by summer bootcamp. If he's joined the U.S. Military and is going to basic training, his hair will be buzz cut in what they call reception. It's a hygiene and professionalism issue. All males have to do it.
