Hemorrhoids... how can i make them go away!?

i have had a case of hemorrhoids for the last three almost four months now and im just getting sick of them. i know the fact that i have bouts of random diarrhea at least three times a week doesn't help. iv had that problem since my son was born and he is almost four months old. any who they never hurt until this week and now its getting to where i cant stand to sit or walk. i did apply desitin to them this morning and it helped with the pain thank god! how can i get these stupid things to stay in and go away!? i know to soak in a warm bath and to push them in but one of them never stays in there and its the one that's causing all the pain. should i see a dr about this since it hasn't gone away ( i currently dont have insurance so im putting off a dr visit for as long as possible). any advice? im tired of the irritating pain.
