How to get rid of mysterious lump on my finger?

On the middle of my pinky finger, there's an odd lump on my finger. It contains no fluids and does not hurt when i press it. I've had it for about 2 years now, and it has never caused me any problems. When i pick the lump with my nail clipper/sewing needle, all im really digging through is flesh, which really makes it hurt. The lump seems to be very fleshy, and almost seems like it's a part of my pinky. :/ If anyone needs any additional information, i will be glad to provide it. Thank you for your time.!
