What college course should I take to help in becoming a grocery store department manager?

I currently work in the meat department at a Loblaws and I'm interested in turning it into a full-fledged career by working my way up to department manager (not store manager or anything). What single college course would be best for helping me get up there faster? I'd prefer the type of course to not go over 2 years though; 1 year would be best. I've taken a look into accounting and office administrating and human resource management but really have no clue where to begin. Many thanks in advance!
